Items excluded from the previous month's spending calculation and discount provision University (graduate school) tuition fees; education expenses (parental contribution); rent; various taxes and public utility bills; water and sewage fees; administrative fines (penalties); post office postage fees; social insurance (National Health Insurance, National Pension, Employment Insurance, and Industrial Accident Insurance); apartment management fees; city gas charges; electricity charges; purchases and recharges of prepaid cards (including gift cards and prepaid electronic payment methods); purchases of gift certificates (including mobile gift vouchers and coupons); taxi fares; cryptocurrency exchange fees; short-term card loans (cash advance); long-term card loans (card loans); various fees and interests; late fees; annual fees; canceled transaction amounts; and points used for payments (in full or in part).
